Run the game-day food and drink stand, handling setup, sales, and basic restocking. Keep things moving efficiently while creating a welcoming, fun experience for players and families.
GAMES
Scoreboard/clock volunteers help run the game-time scoreboard, keeping score and managing the game clock. Stats volunteers track basic game statistics for a smooth, accurate flow of information during play.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Help with behind-the-scenes coordination like scheduling, communication, and organizing league information. Maintain records and ensure all teams, families, and volunteers stay informed and connected throughout the season.
SOCIAL & COMMUNICATION
Share updates, game highlights, and important announcements with families and the league community. Send out emails, group messages, and social media posts to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the season.
EVENTS
Organize special game-day events, tournaments, and end-of-season celebrations. Coordinate details like schedules, setup, and activities to create a well-run and welcoming experience for players and families.
FACILITIES SUPPORT
Prepare and maintain the gym or playing space before, during, and after games. Handle setup, cleanup, and basic organization to ensure the space is safe, functional, and ready for play.
